Is BFME Arena free?
Yes. The launcher, online play, ladders, replays and tournaments are all free. Supporters can donate for extras such as name colours and emotes, which helps pay for the servers.
Which games can I play?
The Battle for Middle-earth, The Battle for Middle-earth II and The Rise of the Witch-king, including community patches and mods. The ladders page lists every patch and mod that has a ranked ladder.
How do I start playing online?
Download the All In One Launcher, create a free account, then open the Arena from the launcher and join a queue or a custom game.
How does ranking work?
Every game, patch and game mode has its own ladder. Ranked wins move you up and losses move you down, and the ladders page shows the full standings.
Can I watch my old games?
Yes. Every game is uploaded automatically. Watch it in the Arena or download the replay from the replays page.
Where do I find other players?
The Arena shows who is online and what is being played. The community also meets on Discord, and the streams page shows who is live right now.
